Hi! just want everyone to be aware of wipro and its bpo division which is an extraction machine to ripe of employees with work beyond working hours. I was employed as a technical support executive with wipros international boo center in Kolkata and our job needed to troubleshoot US customers computer related problems over the phone. these companies doesn’t care about the conditions which employees work, they just pressurize us to get the work through no matter what equipment supports you have.
Those head phones seems to be killing your ears.they were so hard and unbearable. company was unethical and didn’t care abt the occupational hazzards of the job. instead they were merciless and needed to resolve customers issues no matter what even beyond your shift working hours. would never recommend anyone to work with wipro bro.they underpay their employees and get the most out of their employees.
